Able to work and handle high pressure situations.****Key requirements:**** *Degree in Pulp and Paper Engineering or relevant experience.** ***Strong technical knowledge of* *pulp mill recovery island and power plants.**** *Strong willingness to learn new technical skills and operations; and adapt new business environment** *Excellent customer service background.** *Fluent English, solid presentation skills.** *Experiences in a multicultural / matrixed organization.** *Desire and ability to travel frequently in Asia Pacific and globally if needed.** *Capability to work remote and develop remote working methods.** *Accelerate communication between regions and business units.** *Experience of leading and developing teams.*Valmet is a global technology leader serving process industries.
