Marketing Staff - Corporate Rental (B2B)

Find and acquire corporate clients (B2B) for vehicle rental / operating lease services

Visit companies, conduct presentations, and explain fleet rental solutions

Understand client fleet needs and prepare lease proposals with pricing details

Negotiate with clients until the deal is closed

Coordinate with internal teams (Credit Analyst, Legal, Marketing Support) to ensure smooth processing

Collect and ensure completeness of corporate KYC documents

Review contracts and Purchase Orders (PO) before sending them to clients

Monitor rental payments to ensure they are made on time

Follow up overdue payments together with the Collection team

Manage contract expiry, renewal, extension, or vehicle return process

Submit weekly sales activity and prospect reports

Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing or Sales (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably Accounting, Management, or Marketing)

Fluent in English (spoken and written) – mandatory

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Target-oriented and able to work under pressure

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferably experienced in vehicle rental / operating lease company

Understanding of corporate fleet rental business is an advantage
