Analyze Sales Performance Metrics – Monitor and assess sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. What We’re Looking For:

Micromanagement – Strong skills in managing time, tools, and personnel to optimize productivity. Sales Expertise – Proven track record of sales success, with the ability to lead by example and close deals. Coaching and Mentoring – Skilled in providing constructive feedback and ongoing support for team growth. Local Marketing Strategy – Ability to plan and execute offline marketing initiatives to attract new leads and drive foot traffic.
