We are looking for a dedicated and experienced
Assistant Manager
to support our English-speaking contact center operations. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership skills and a solid background in customer service within the BPO sector.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 years of contact center experience, with at least 1 year in a assistant manager role
Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
Proven ability to lead teams, monitor performance, and drive results
Strong understanding of customer service metrics and quality standards
Familiar with CRM and call center platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Genesys)
Flexible, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
