HR Manager - Logistics/Freight Forwarding Industry

Manage end-to-end HR operations for operational workforce (drivers, warehouse, ops staff)

Handle recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for trucking and cargo operations

Oversee attendance (absensi), shift scheduling, overtime, and payroll coordination

Manage industrial relations, including disciplinary actions, warnings, and dispute handling

Ensure compliance with employment law and company HR policies

Act as a liaison between operations, HR, and management to support business continuity

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology / Human Resources Management

Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in managing TRUCKING, logistics, or freight forwarding

Strong knowledge of labor law, IR practices, and operational HR

Experienced in handling blue-collar workforce

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Fluent in English (mandatory); Mandarin is a plus
