Assistant Manager - Accounting, Finance, & Tax

PT Wahana Autopia Indonesia is the developer and operator of Autopia Museum & Parks, an innovative destination blending automotive history, science, and technology. We are looking for a dedicated and highly analytical professional to lead our financial functions for our strategic projects in BSD City and Lembang, Bandung. Key Responsibilities:

Financial & Cash Flow Management:

Oversee daily financial operations, including cash flow management, drawdown planning (including bank coordination), and project cost efficiency.

Accounting & Reporting:

Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).

Tax Compliance:

Manage all aspects of corporate taxation (VAT, Income Tax, etc.), ensure timely tax filings (SPT), and implement effective tax planning.

Audit & Internal Control:

Coordinate external audit processes and maintain robust internal control systems across business units (Museum, Park, and Retail).

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Develop annual budgets and perform regular variance analysis to support management's strategic decision-making.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor accounting/finance staff to ensure departmental goals and deadlines are met.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Taxation from a reputable university.

Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Tax (experience in a Supervisor or Assistant Manager role is preferred).

Possess Tax Brevet A & B certifications (Brevet C is a plus).

Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Experience in construction projects, theme parks, or the hospitality industry is highly advantageous.

Strong integrity, high attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Willingness to travel to project sites (Lembang/Bandung) as required.
