Participate in a 1-week classroom training focusing on: Basic Education & Sales, Product Knowledge, Field Sales Management & Routine, Specific Telesales routines (CRM, Campaign, Chat & Call), Roleplay. Undergo 2-3 weeks of OJT guided by a mentor. Job Requirements

Last education level D3 or S1, or equivalent, with sales experience is welcome to apply. Willing to work from the office (location based on choice). Confident, persistent, disciplined, responsible, and target-oriented. Enjoy speaking in front of audiences. Own a laptop and smartphone. Additional Information
