FA Engineer

PT. Triplus Hitech, a foreign Plastic Injection Molding Manufacturer is looking for an Engineer to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization:

Develop and optimize plastic injection molding processes to achieve maximum efficiency and product quality.

Tooling Management:

Collaborate with tooling designers to ensure molds are functional, durable, and meet production requirements.

Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve technical issues in injection molding machines, molds, and related equipment.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications and standards.

Project Management:

Oversee the development and production of new injection molding projects, including design reviews and trial runs.

Continuous Improvement:

Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement to enhance cycle times, reduce waste, and improve productivity.

Maintenance Support:

Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure proper upkeep and calibration of machines and molds.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of [Insert Years, e.g., 3-5 years] experience in plastic injection molding.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of injection molding processes, machines, and materials; proficiency in CAD software and mold design principles; knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and lean manufacturing principles.
