Job Description
Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of product marketing plans aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
Translate product features and value propositions into clear, compelling messaging tailored to target customer segments.
Plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for new product launches and feature updates in collaboration with Product, Business, and Creative teams.
Assist in developing integrated marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight gathering to identify growth opportunities and refine positioning.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, CRM, Performance Marketing, and Brand teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless user journeys.
Support the creation of marketing materials, including landing pages, email campaigns, in-app communication, sales enablement tools, and promotional assets.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
Run A/B testing initiatives and leverage analytics tools to validate hypotheses and improve marketing effectiveness.
Track and report on key KPIs, preparing performance summaries and insights for internal stakeholders.
Take ownership of specific product lines or campaigns, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
4–7 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, growth, or related roles.
Experience supporting product launches or go-to-market initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with familiarity with data analysis tools.
Ability to translate data and product knowledge into clear, customer-focused messaging.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience or strong interest in healthcare, beauty/skincare, wellness, or e-commerce is a plus.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable with a strong sense of ownership.
