Head of Parts Operation

We’re a Premium Automobile Brand, subsidiary of Indomobil Group, looking for Head of Parts Operation to support the growth of a Chinese luxury car brand in Indonesia.

As the Head of Spare Parts, you will be the driving force behind our Spare Parts strategy, operations, and growth.

Job Responsibilities

Set the direction and business strategy for the Spare Parts Department to drive strong and sustainable growth.

Develop and strengthen the dealer network, ensuring solid partnerships and high performance across all locations.

Establish and manage dealer policies to maintain consistency and operational excellence.

Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy, availability, and optimal stock levels.

Provide routine performance reports of the Spare Parts Department to management for strategic decision‑making.

Define and manage pricing policies to stay competitive and aligned with market demands.

Identify new business opportunities that can expand and accelerate the growth of the Spare Parts Department.

Lead and develop the team, ensuring the team has the skills and motivation needed to excel.

Ensure all operational facilities and resources are fully prepared to support department activities smoothly.

Maintain strong communication with the Principal, including providing regular performance reports and updates.

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in Spare Parts, After‑Sales, or related operations in the Automotive Industry.

Strong strategic and analytical mindset.

Excellent leadership skills with a passion for developing people.

Ability to manage dealer networks and build solid professional relationships.

Knowledge of pricing strategy and inventory management.

A proactive, opportunity‑seeking attitude with strong business sense.

Great communication skills and confidence working with top management.

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
