Legal Manager

Key Responsibilities: Manage and support all legal processes related to land acquisition, zoning, licensing, and project permits until construction readiness. Coordinate with government authorities, notaries, consultants, and external legal counsel regarding permits, approvals, and regulatory compliance. Review, draft, and negotiate legal documents including land agreements, cooperation agreements, contracts, and other project-related legal documents. Ensure construction projects comply with national and local regulations, including land, building, environmental, and construction laws. Identify, analyze, and mitigate legal risks related to ongoing and upcoming projects. Provide legal advice and recommendations to management and project teams. Handle legal issues arising during project execution and support dispute resolution if required. Maintain proper documentation and legal records for all projects. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the construction industry.

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.); Master’s degree in Law is preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in legal roles related to construction projects, property development, or infrastructure projects. Proven experience in handling land acquisition, project permits, and regulatory processes from pre-construction to project commencement. Experience dealing with government institutions and regulatory bodies is required. Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to land, construction, permits, and licensing. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. Detail-oriented with strong documentation and contract review skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
