About the role As a full-time Legal Corporate, you will be responsible for providing strategic, high-quality, and timely legal services to support the company's diverse operations and growth initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including contracts, partnerships, and joint ventures

Providing legal advice and support on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management

Assisting with mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure legal and business objectives are aligned

Staying up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices

Mentoring and supporting junior members of the legal team

What we’re looking for

Minimum 4–5 years of post‑qualification experience, preferably in a large commercial law firm or an in‑house legal team

Significant expertise in a wide range of commercial legal practices, including contract drafting and negotiation, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance

Proven ability to provide pragmatic, commercially‑focused legal advice to operational staff and senior stakeholders

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams

Adaptability and a solutions‑oriented mindset to navigate complex legal challenges

Demonstrable leadership skills and a commitment to mentoring and developing junior team members
