We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and execution-driven

Head of Product

to lead Solve Education!’s entire product ecosystem. This role is responsible for defining long-term product strategy, ensuring world-class execution, and guiding the organisation toward impactful and sustainable innovation. You will shape our AI-driven learning platforms, mentor and scale a high-performing product team, and collaborate closely with leadership to translate mission into measurable outcomes.

This is a role for someone who is both a strategist and a builder — someone who can design the big picture and drive teams to deliver exceptional results.

You will be responsible for aligning product direction with organisational strategy, making tough prioritisation decisions, and ensuring cross-functional teams deliver with speed, clarity, and quality. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership

Define and drive Solve Education!’s multi-year product vision and strategy.

Build and manage the organisation’s product portfolio, ensuring alignment with mission, technology direction, and organisational growth goals.

Lead product discovery and innovation initiatives, especially around AI, data, and emerging technologies.

Establish product success metrics and ensure product decisions are grounded in data and user insights.

People & Organisational Development

Cultivate a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and shared purpose.

Mentor, empower, and retain top talent across teams and leadership levels.

Ensure effective recruitment, professional development, and succession planning strategies.

Champion diversity, equity, and belonging as central to organisational success.

Product Execution & Delivery

Guide Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver high-impact products on schedule.

Oversee product lifecycle across all stages: discovery, planning, execution, launch, and scale.

Ensure disciplined prioritisation, balancing the needs of users, and technology constraints.

Drive operational excellence in product workflows, documentation and delivery.

Cross-Functional and External Leadership

Collaborate closely with Engineering, Program, Design, and Partnerships to ensure seamless alignment.

Work directly with C-Level leadership to inform strategic decisions and organisational priorities.

Represent Solve Education! in high-level partner meetings, funder engagements, and external events.

What We’re Looking For Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, ot a related field (Master's preffered)

Work Experience (at least one of the following)

Proven leadership experience in product management, ideally at Head of Product, Senior PM, or Product Lead level.

Demonstrated success managing and scaling product teams to deliver from zero-to-one mature products.

Track record of building technology-driven products, especially with AI/ML intergration.

Skills & Competencies

Exceptional strategic thinking, product visioning, and prioritisation skills.

Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product discovery, and data-driven decision-making.

Proficient in product tools (e.g, Gitlab, Jira, Notion, analytics platform).

Ability to mavigate complexity, make clear decisions.

Adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Other Requirements

Based in Bandung or willing to relocate to Bandung.

Comfortable working across diverse teams and cultural contexts.

Additional (Bonus)

Familiarity with cutting-edge AI and workplace technologies.

Experience scaling operations in mission-driven or international NGOs.

Background in design thinking, user research, or data analytics.
