Application Engineer - Manufacturing (Central Java) We are an Autodesk Service Provider in Indonesia, dedicated to empowering Designers, Builders, and Manufacturers with world‑class design, engineering, and production solutions. As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking an Application Engineer / Technical Specialist for Manufacturing to strengthen our team and provide expert support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Research specific design and manufacturing industries (Automotive & Transportation, Consumer Goods, Plant & Process Industry, Mechatronics, Other Manufacturing related companies).

Understand the business process within each specific sub‑industry.

Get to know the supply‑chain and coordination between each specific sub‑industry.

Provide technical support and consultation for Autodesk Manufacturing solutions (Inventor, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, etc.).

Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops to clients.

Assist in pre‑sales activities by preparing technical proposals and solution presentations.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Stay updated with the latest Autodesk technologies and industry trends such as Digital Prototyping, Industry 4.0, Additive Manufacturing, PDM/PLM/Data Management, MES/MOM.

Conduct product training.

Conduct solution implementation based on the agreed solution with customer.

Requirements

Must have knowledge in using CAD products such as Inventor, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, CATIA, Pro/E, etc.

Computer literate (Microsoft Office, hardware, design software, etc.).

Candidate must at least have a diploma degree (D3) from Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering discipline.

Fresh graduate are welcome to apply; candidate with industry related experience have an advantage.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia (both writing and speaking).

Willing to travel all around Indonesia.

Have a good presentation skill.

Have a good analytical skill.

Able to work under pressure.

Able to work in a team (within or outside).

Fast and creative thinking ability.

Able to work under multiple target framework.

Having his/her own vehicle is an advantage.

Discipline and willing to learn.
