Head of Commercial Strategy & Planning

Responsibility : Define and forecast product quantities for new launches and restocks, aligning with e-commerce sales goals and market demand Develop and implement strategic plans for online product purchasing, assortment optimization, and inventory management Plan and oversee weekly distribution patterns to ensure timely delivery and stock alignment across e-commerce platforms Collaborate with digital merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to ensure inventory placement supports online sales objectives Design promotional campaigns and strategies tailored to e-commerce audiences, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives Leverage data insights to make informed decisions on pricing, product placement, and stock replenishment to optimize sales and customer experience Monitor stock turnover rates (STR), aging Stock to Sales Ratio (SSR), implementing action plans to optimize performance Collaborate with Merchandiser to ensure timely and accurate product placement Review and analyze store performance, creating action plans for improvement Conduct performance analysis to support decision-making in buying, distribution, and pricing

Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in planning, buying, or merchandising, with a proven track record of driving sales performance Strong analytical skills and proficiency in e-commerce tools and platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, or equivalent) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Excellent understanding consumer behavior or digital trends Experience in the fashion industry, particularly modest fashion, is an advantage Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams Detail-oriented, with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
