Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in PetroleumEngineering or a closely related discipline.
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in petroleum engineering or technical sales within the oil and gas sector.
Language Proficiency: Strong fluency in English (verbal and written)is mandatory.
Demonstrated experience with B2B technical sales, preferably inoilfield software, digital solutions, or subsurface technology.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills, capable of explainingcomplex technical concepts to both technical and non-technicalstakeholders.
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), andremote presentation platforms.
Familiarity with Indonesian tender regulations, especially withinupstream oil & gas procurement.
Strong problem-solving mindset, capable of managing multipleclient demands while maintaining partner alignment.
Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level ofinitiative and professionalism.
Willingness to travel for client visits, technical meetings, and projectsupport across Indonesia.
Preferred but Not Mandatory
Experience working with international software vendors or as atechnical sales representative in an agency/distributor capacity.
Knowledge of digital transformation trends in the oil and gas industry(geoscience software, production optimization).
Job Descriptions
Lead the promotion and technical sales of partner products andservices to oil & gas operators.
Direct client outreach via calls, emails, and scheduled visits
Delivery of technical presentations, live product demonstrations,and proposal meetings
Usage of sales enablement tools and marketing assets to supportclient engagement
Act as a communication bridge between clients and internationalsoftware/service partners, ensuring clarity, technical accuracy, andresponsiveness.
Represent the company and partners in tender processes,includingpre-qualification, proposal submission, clarification, and negotiationphases.
Manage the entire lifecycle of ongoing projects, includingcoordination with internal teams, partners, and clients to ensuresmooth delivery, issue resolution, and post-sales support.
