Senior Project Engineer

Job Responsibility

Strong knowledge of E-House projects, including: Structural works, Blasting & Painting, Architectural works, HVAC system, Fire & Gas (F&G) system, Fire suppression system Lead and participate in PSCC meetings with internal teams Manage client meetings and professional email correspondence Expedite Purchase Requisitions (PR) from Engineering and QA/QC teams Prepare and issue RFQs for subcontractor scopes of work Monitor delivery of tools and consumables to ensure construction readiness Ensure approved shop drawings are properly implemented at site by the construction team Monitor construction progress across all disciplines and ensure effective team coordination Maintain project folders in accordance with Wasco standards, updated at least weekly Monitor overall site activities and progress coordination Conduct weekly construction meetings (Client & Internal) and maintain action trackers on the server with regular updates Coordinate with site team and QS for VORs for all changes Qualifications

Degree holder Minimum 8 years of relevant experience Proven experience in creating PRs and following up to ensure timely availability of tools and consumables Strong capability in monitoring and driving construction progress Good communication and coordination skills
