Responsibilities

Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects； Communicate with clients and design ESS solutions based on client needs, prepare bidding documents； Identify technical risks and resolving system issues during project implementation； Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and information； Collect and analyze technical requirements of the local market, transforming them into competitive product demands。 Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical and automation, or other science and engineering majors。 Familiar with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems。 Experience in microgrid energy storage system development, familiar with grid-forming PCS (Power Conversion System) technology。 Familiar with the development processes and requirements of energy storage projects in overseas regions。 Priority given to those with 10 years or more of experience in energy project (energy storage, photovoltaic, power generation, etc.) ； Ability to read various English technical specifications and papers, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing； Excellent user needs analysis capabilities and customer relationship management skills； Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, presentation skills, execution ability, and logical thinking skills。
