Head of Manufacturing / Operations - Packaging Manufacture Integras is a growing

offset printing and packaging company

headquartered in Jakarta. We provide

paper packaging, folding boxes, paper bags, and corrugated boxes

to clients in the

F&B, retail, e-commerce, cosmetics, and event industries . As part of our expansion, we are strengthening our operational foundation to become a trusted, scalable partner for packaging solutions.

To support this growth, we are seeking a

Head of Manufacturing / Operations . The Head of Manufacturing / Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production and fulfillment while also leading the development of

standard operating procedures (SOPs), process improvements, and organizational structures

required for long-term growth. This role is suited for a senior professional with a proven track record in

building manufacturing systems, leading teams, and driving operational efficiency .

Key Responsibilities Direct and manage all manufacturing activities, covering

prepress, planning/PPIC, printing, finishing, packing, and delivery .

Establish, implement, and continuously improve

SOPs and process controls

to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.

Design and maintain organizational and reporting structures across the production function.

Drive operational improvements through

lean manufacturing principles and best practices .

Lead and mentor production supervisors and staff, ensuring performance targets and KPIs are achieved.

Lead and manage all division and teams including PPIC, Production, Prepress, QC, Maintenance and Operations to maintain a smooth order-to-delivery cycle and operational manufacture.

Monitor, analyze, and report production performance to senior management.

Identify and execute improvement initiatives, including technology adoption and process automation.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or operations (preferably in packaging, FMCG, or related sectors).

Demonstrated success in

building SOPs, systems, and organizational frameworks .

Strong knowledge of

lean manufacturing, process improvement, and quality management systems .

Proven leadership ability with excellent communication, analytical, and change management skills.

Capable of balancing daily operational management with strategic, long-term system development.
