About The Role

Luxfeline Global Technology is seeking a

Mandarin Translator

to support close, daily communication between Chinese-speaking management and local teams.

This role suits a

dynamic and communicative professional

who is fluent in Mandarin, responsive in real-time discussions, and comfortable working closely with management in a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities

Provide real-time Mandarin Bahasa Indonesia / English interpretation during meetings, calls, and discussions. Translate business documents such as emails, reports, internal notes, and summaries. Accompany management for internal or external meetings when interpretation is required. Support departments with Mandarin communication needs. Prepare short meeting notes or follow-up summaries when required. Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professional communication standards.

Requirements

Fluent Mandarin speaking & listening (mandatory). Minimum HSK Level 5 or above (HSK 5+) required. Clear pronunciation, fast comprehension, and confident verbal delivery. Reading and writing Mandarin skills are a strong advantage. Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English is an advantage. 13 years experience as a Mandarin Translator, Interpreter, or Mandarin-speaking assistant. Experience working with Chinese managers or Chinese companies is strongly preferred. Detail-oriented, responsive, well-organized, and comfortable with close coordination work. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willing to work on-site at Baywalk Mall, Pluit.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in multinational, trading, e-commerce, or agency environments. Comfortable supporting both translation and light coordination tasks. Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication style.
