EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN

About the role We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Technician to join our team at PT SEG SOLAR MANUFAKTUR INDONESIA in Batang Regency, Central Java. This is a full‑time position that will play a crucial role in our organization, overseeing daily equipment mechanic and ensuring effective communication with another operational department.

What we’re looking for

Minimum Diploma Degree or above (majors related to electromechanical or maintenance are preferred);

Has more than 2 years experiences in operating or maintaining manufacturing equipment (such as auto repair, electrician, and home appliance maintenance experience) as preferred;

Proficient in using basic tools (wrench, multimeter, etc.) and have experience in disassembly, assembly and maintenance;

Actively learn equipment knowledge and receive systematic training;

Able to endure hardships and work, adapt to working in the workshop wearing dust‑free clothing (the workshop has air conditioning);

Willing to work under pressure, overtime and flexible to work in rotating shifts;

Willing to join immediately and work in Batang, Central Java.
