Your role and key responsibilities

Act as 2nd Director of PowerCo Indonesia, ensuring compliance with legal and operational requirements

Manage General Affairs, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and alignment with corporate standards

Lead PMO (Project Management Office) functions, driving governance, timelines, and resource allocation for critical projects

Coordinate large-scale projects, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated effectively

Oversee HR topics and develop a strong local team

Represent PowerCo in local committees and industry associations, building strong networks and partnerships

Support strategic planning and contribute to business development initiatives in Indonesia

What you bring to the team

8+ years of proven leadership experience and managing teams of 10+ employees

Strong background in mining industry

Strong track record in project management, complemented by hands‑on experience in HR and general affairs

Excellent organizational, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Resilient, strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach and intercultural competence

Familiarity with Indonesian regulatory and business environment
