Cost Controller Officer

Key Responsibilities

Monitor project or operational budgets and actual costs to identify variances and trends. Prepare regular cost reports, forecasts, and financial dashboards. Coordinate with project teams, procurement, and finance to ensure accurate cost tracking and control. Analyze and report on profitability, cost trends, and performance against budgets. Assist in the development of cost estimating and budgeting tools. Ensure accurate and timely recording of costs in ERP or accounting systems. Maintain cost control procedures and recommend improvements. Review and validate supplier invoices, purchase orders, and contracts for accuracy and compliance. Conduct risk and impact analysis on budget deviations. Support audits and internal reviews with relevant cost data and documentation.
