Senior Executive, Outpatient Clinic Operations (Systems and Training)

Senior Executive, Outpatient Clinic Operations (Systems and Training) You will ensure overall clinic operational efficiency from a systems perspective. You will provide support and handle feedback pertaining to outpatient systems to achieve a seamless, hassle-free service delivery for our patients. You will also liaise with Information Technology department and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders on systems enhancement projects at the Ministry, SingHealth cluster, hospital or department level. In addition, you will develop training materials and conduct training on the use of outpatient business systems for the department.

Requirements

Degree with at least 2 years of experience

Experience in healthcare operations will be advantageous

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Good project management skills with ability to adopt systems design thinking

Self-directed and independent with ability to work under tight timelines

Excellent team player who is resourceful and meticulous
