Key Responsibilities Execute media bookings accurately and efficiently across digital and offline channels. Ensure campaigns are implemented in line with agreed plans, financial approvals, and governance processes. Liaise with media owners and internal teams to confirm bookings, resolve discrepancies, and secure best outcomes. Maintain clear documentation and reporting to support billing accuracy and reconciliation. Monitor delivery timelines and flag risks early to avoid disruption. Contribute to process improvement by identifying smarter, faster ways of working.

A Bit About You Experience in media operations, campaign implementation, or investment management within an agency or media environment. High attention to detail, you catch what others miss. Strong understanding of media buying processes, financial controls, and reconciliation. Organised and confident managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. Clear communicator who works well across planning, buying, finance, and media owners. Commercially aware, you understand that precision protects both client value and agency margin.
