Research & Development Supervisor

Conducting product trials, including laboratory and pilot trials. Conducting packaging trials. Conducting stability test and sensory evaluation products. Assist R&D Manager in preparing technical documentations, including product specification, flow process specification, raw material and packaging specification. Assist R&D Manager in preparing BPOM and halal submission documents. Assist R&D Manager in preparing product implementation in plant, including factory trial. Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology Major. Technical Competency: Knowledge of ingredients functionality, equipment and Food & Beverage manufacturing process, product testing methodology. Familiar with BPOM regulation and quality standards in the Food & Beverage industry. Language Competency: English proficiency is preferable, Mandarin proficiency is an advantage. Experience: minimum 2-3 years experience on product development with experience in R&D of Food & Beverage manufacturing. Excellent communication, critical, and analytical thinking.
