To ensure all clinic branches maintain the same high standards of facility quality, operational compliance, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Facility & Equipment Inspection

Conduct regular site visits to inspect building maintenance, cleanliness (hygiene), and ambiance.

Ensure all medical and non-medical equipment is functional and properly maintained.

Verify safety compliance (waste management, fire safety) and branding standards.

Operational Compliance

Audit staff adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from reception to treatment.

Check inventory accuracy (stock counts) and administrative records.

Assess service quality and staff grooming/attitude.

Reporting & Improvement

Create concise audit reports with scoring and findings.

Provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Monitor follow-up actions to ensure issues are resolved promptly.

Skills & Requirements

Experience: Background in Clinic Operations, Hospital Administration, or Quality Assurance.

Attention to Detail: Sharp eye for cleanliness, aesthetics, and procedural gaps.

Integrity: Objective in scoring and reporting; not biased.

Communication: Able to give firm but constructive feedback to clinic teams.

Mobility: Willing to travel to different clinic branches regularly.
