Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment process including candidate sourcing, screening, and assessment process.
Develop and distribute engaging recruitment materials across multiple channels.
Represent the company at industry events to attract and engage potential candidates.
Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment, including data entry and reporting.
Requirements
Candidates must own at a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
Fresh graduates with internship experience in recruitment are preferred.
Having an understanding of recruitment processes, particularly in mass hiring, is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
