Senior Legal Officer

to manage and support the company's legal and contractual matters, particularly in working with

international vendors and manufacturers . Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including agreements with international vendors and manufacturers. Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Communicate and coordinate directly with international partners and external legal counsel in English. Identify and mitigate legal risks related to business and commercial activities. Support management on legal matters and contractual decision-making. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in

Law

from a

reputable university in Indonesia . 4–5 years of relevant legal experience, with strong exposure to commercial and contract law. Hands‑on experience handling

international contracts . Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Seniority level
