Our production facility in Cikarang boasts global-level manufacturing competitiveness with state-of-the-art automation, aseptic management, and quality tracking systems. Indonesian production personnel build expertise through rigorous training and hands‑on experience, and outstanding talents are offered opportunities to work at our headquarters in Korea. Currently, approximately 150 Indonesian production specialists are actively working in Korea. We are seeking talented individuals to join us at the forefront of the global pharmaceutical industry, creating fast, safe, and innovative medicines.
Your Role in This Journey
Responsibilities
Project Management & Operations Support:
Develop comprehensive project schedules and monitor progress across multiple projects to ensure efficient project delivery and operational excellence.
Track milestones, manage risks, and resolve issues through effective collaboration with cross‑functional project teams.
Create, manage, and distribute project‑related documentation to establish robust information sharing systems.
Prepare regular project status reports and support executive reporting with detailed progress updates and key performance metrics.
Support related project documentation and contract management activities.
Administrative Operations & Management:
Manage office supplies, facilities, and various administrative tasks to create and maintain an optimal work environment.
Process expenses, handle financial reconciliation, and support budget management to ensure efficient resource utilization.
Oversee contract management, official correspondence, and document filing systems to maintain organized administrative processes.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communications and schedule management to facilitate seamless business operations.
Communication & Coordination:
Prepare meetings, provide facilitation support, and document meeting minutes to enable effective decision‑making processes.
Coordinate inter‑departmental activities and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide bilingual communication support (Korean‑English) for international business operations.
Track action items and manage follow‑up activities to improve task completion rates and accountability.
Data Management & Analytical Support:
Collect, organize, and analyze various data sets to provide decision‑support materials for management.
Create regular reports and monitor KPIs to support performance management initiatives.
Propose process improvements and efficiency enhancement strategies based on data analysis.
Support business automation and digitalization efforts through effective system and tool utilization.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (any major).
3+ years of experience in project management or administrative operations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Fluent in English and Korean.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry.
Experience in Korean Company.
