IT Assistant (Network and Infrastructure Engineer) for SILNAS We invite you to apply for the IT Assistant (Network and Infrastructure Engineer) role at UNDP, supporting the implementation of the Integrated National Health Laboratory Information System (SILNAS) in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

Support configuration and maintenance of cloud servers (AWS, GCP) to ensure optimal performance and security.

Manage containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) for SILNAS implementation.

Maintain networking components (routers, switches, firewalls) at the sequencing facility, ensuring a stable and secure environment.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues to minimize downtime.

Monitor server and network performance, implementing proactive efficiency measures.

Update server software, firmware and networking equipment with latest security patches.

Maintain a digital repository of project documentation and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT systems, engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible project experience in health digitalization (preferable).

Proficiency in cloud infrastructure management (AWS, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience in networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls) and server administration (Windows Server, Linux, VMware).

Strong documentation, communication and teamwork skills.

Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
