Regional Senior Accountant

Overview

Regional Senior Accountant at OXZ Capital — responsible for managing financial statements, tracking receivables and payables, and ensuring accurate financial reporting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Responsibilities

Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and regional regulations. Accounts Management: Oversee and manage receivables and payables across multiple entities within the region, ensuring timely payments, collections, and reconciliations. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage regional budgets, including preparing monthly forecasts and variance analyses. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with regional tax regulations, including preparing tax filings and coordinating with external auditors and tax advisors as needed. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, including cash flow analysis, cost control, and profitability evaluations for the region. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline accounting processes and reporting within the region. Regional Coordination: Liaise with local teams across the region to consolidate financial data, provide financial insights, and ensure alignment with the corporate financial strategy. Audit Support: Support external and internal audits by preparing and providing necessary financial documentation and insights. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred. 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a regional or senior role, preferably within a multinational or regional company. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero) and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial reporting standards (IFRS or GAAP). Strong understanding of regional (SG & ID) tax regulations and compliance requirements. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights (VBA is a plus). High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial management and reporting. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with regional and local teams, as well as external auditors and advisors. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. About Us
