Legal Executive

The Legal Executive will support the company’s legal and compliance functions by managing agreements, coordinating with the HQ Legal Team, handling permits and documentation, and ensuring all legal administrative processes run smoothly. This role requires high attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Liaise with the

HQ Legal Team

and Indonesian landlords regarding Rental Agreements and related legal matters.

Prepare, review, and provide legal documents required by management or relevant departments.

Handle various agreements and cooperation contracts (e.g., Agreements, PKS/Perjanjian Kerja Sama), especially those related to banks, promotions, and events.

Prepare, update, and manage company forms and legal templates.

Maintain, update, and organize legal documentation, including company deeds (Akta), permits, and licenses.

Manage and coordinate business licensing activities through the

Online Single Submission (OSS)

system in collaboration with HQ.

Support other legal and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum).

Minimum

2–3 years of experience

in legal, corporate legal, or similar roles.

Strong understanding of legal agreements, corporate documents, permits, and Indonesian regulatory requirements.

Experience handling Rental Agreements and coordinating with landlords is a plus.

Familiar with OSS (Online Single Submission) system and business licensing processes.

Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication and coordination skills to work with HQ and internal departments.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
