This role supports both PMO publication and Information Centre & Research (ICR) activities, contributing to the development of internal services for firmwide users. As a

PMO Staff support , you will: Support project management activities and ensure successful execution of internal initiatives. Assist in planning: defining team structure, scope requirements, timelines, task prioritization, and daily project operations (risks, issues, blockers). Monitor cross-functional teams and coordinate deliverables with the Project Team and KM&I Lead (Scope and Time only; Budget and Cost excluded). Prepare weekly or bi-weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation, including timelines, versioning, and roadblocks. Update and maintain the team’s SharePoint site to ensure resources and documents are current and accessible. Document process improvements, changelogs, and performance reviews during publication development.

As an

ICR Staff support , you will: Monitor and process regulatory data from sources such as OJK, Bank Indonesia, and other official institutions. Collaborate with the research team to develop, maintain, and update service data catalogues. Maintain Power BI dashboards for project tracking and data reporting. Support knowledge management documentation, including SOPs and workflow processes. Contribute to daily KM&I operations and assist team members across various tasks.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, Project Management, Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields from a local or international university (minimum GPA 3.3). Proficiency in Power BI, SharePoint, Power Query, and Excel is mandatory. Internship or up to 2 years of work experience preferred, especially in Power BI dashboard development and data visualization best practices. Passion for desk research and information verification. Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot) for research and writing. Strong organizational skills for project scheduling and progress tracking. Familiarity with building AI Agents (e.g., Copilot, custom GPTs) and advanced prompting techniques is highly valued. Understanding of workflow automation and API orchestration is a strong advantage. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities. Strong multitasking skills across multiple projects. Able to work independently in managing data for various client types. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Comfortable with hybrid work arrangements (WFO/WFH) and committed to team collaboration. Output-driven mindset with strong prioritization skills. Fast learner with a willingness to share knowledge. Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work. Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
