We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Sales Engineer to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent sales abilities to drive project success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify new EPC project opportunities and Big In-House Projects in Oil and Gas Area.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including project owners, consultants, EPC, and other relevant partners to ensure the winning strategy for all potential funnels.

Work closely with internal teams such as Product Sales, Application Engineer, Order Management and supporting division (FA & Legal) to align project strategies and ensure seamless handovers.

Managing Project Sales/Project Pursuit activity: Get PO, Price Intelligence, bestโ€‘effort cooperation with customers for EPC Project Pursuit and Account Big In-House Projects.

Requirements

Male with age 35 โ€“ 40-year-old

Min Bachelor Degree majoring in engineering or equivalent.

Min 5 years working experiences as Sales in Oil and Gas industry

Skilled in sales strategy, forecasting, and market analysis.

Technical background and Golf Ability is highly preferred and will be a strong advantage.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluent English is highly preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipโ€‘building skills.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
