Junior Architect

About the role We are seeking a talented Junior Architect to join our dynamic team at PMG Hotels & Resorts' in the vibrant city of Bali. As a Junior Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design and architecture of our prestigious hotel and resort projects. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to the company's continued success.

What you'll be doing

Assist senior architects in the design and development of innovative hotel and resort concepts

Collaborate with the design team to produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and renderings

Contribute to the research and analysis of design briefs, project requirements, and site constraints

Participate in project meetings and present design proposals to clients

Ensure design compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards

Provide support in the preparation of tender documents and construction documentation

Assist in the management of project timelines and budgets

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field

1-3 years of relevant experience in the design and construction of hotels or resorts

Strong technical skills in CAD software, 3D modeling, and rendering

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices

Effective communication and presentation skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Passion for architecture and a desire to contribute to the hospitality industry
