Job Responsibilities

Lead the implementation, optimization, and governance of key business applications, with a strong focus on workflow and process automation platforms such as

Kissflow .

Ensure digital solutions are seamlessly deployed, adopted by users, and continuously improved.

Work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify process gaps and translate them into scalable digital workflows.

Lead multiple implementation projects while ensuring data integrity and system performance.

Requirements

Experience working with business stakeholders (business partnering) on process simplification projects.

Proven experience implementing workflow automation applications, preferably

Kissflow , or similar platforms.

Good English proficiency (written and verbal).

Ability to manage end‑to‑end system implementation: requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑launch support.

Familiarity with

API integrations ,

data flows , and system connectivity across business applications.

Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally.

Willingness to be based in Halim, East Jakarta (hybrid work arrangement).
