Accounting Manager

The purpose of the Accounting & Tax Manager role is to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant accounting and tax operations while safeguarding the company’s financial integrity and supporting sustainable business growth. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting and tax activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations, and driving continuous process improvements.

What you will do:

Lead and oversee all accounting and tax operations and team activities.

Approve accounting transactions, financial statements, consolidated reports, and tax filings.

Establish and enforce accounting policies and procedures across all entities.

Coordinate with internal teams and external parties, including auditors, tax authorities, partners, and JV investors.

You will fit in this job if you:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Proven working experience as an External Auditor at a Big 4 firm for a minimum of 3 years.

At least 2 years of experience as an Accounting Manager or Accounting Supervisor.

Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting, and tax principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and database systems.

Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Demonstrated ability to lead, direct, and supervise team members effectively.
