Business Controller Manager As a Business Controller Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening how we plan, manage, and steer the company’s financial performance. This role will support the finance controller in overseeing financial activities, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and contributing to strategic financial decisions.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor degree in finance or accounting.

Have experience in the FMCG industry min 3 years (is a must).

Have Minimal 5 years of experience as a Business/Commercial Controller

Proven experience in a similar role or supervisor level/Manager Level

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software (ERP System, Excel).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Placement in BSD Tangerang Selatan (Full WFO).

What You Will Do

Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis related with Sales and Marketing Activity

Prepare and analyze sales reports with all costs related.

Collaborate with the commercial team to develop annual budgets and forecasts.

Monitor and manage budget performance and prepare periodic reports for Commercial team and Management Team

Review Trade Spending and Marketing Budget including Trade Claim from Distributor/Accounts

Implement and maintain financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies.

Support strategic financial planning initiatives to align with business objectives.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the finance function (Commercial Budget System)
