IAM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced

Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant

with expertise in

DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act)

to join our client's team. As an IAM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing IAM solutions while ensuring compliance with DORA standards. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects in the field of cybersecurity and digital resilience.

Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions tailored to client needs. Conduct assessments of current IAM infrastructure and processes, identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate IAM systems with existing platforms and technologies. Ensure that IAM solutions comply with regulatory requirements, with a specific focus on DORA standards. Assist clients with the development and execution of IAM strategies for digital resilience. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for IAM systems, ensuring high availability and security. Conduct training sessions and workshops to help clients effectively manage IAM solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging IAM technologies.

Key Qualifications: Proven experience as an IAM Consultant, preferably with expertise in the financial or regulated industries. Strong knowledge of the

Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA)

and its requirements. Experience in designing and implementing IAM frameworks, policies, and tools. Familiarity with IAM technologies (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, etc.) and protocols (e.g., SSO, MFA, LDAP, OAuth). Strong understanding of security frameworks, regulations, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or similar) are a plus.
