MVP to mass adoption . Job Description

We are looking for a

Technical Manager with strong AWS expertise

to lead technical teams and manage cloud strategy, implementation, and operations on

Amazon Web Services (AWS) . The role focuses on

cost optimization, security, performance, and customer success

for a large-scale e-commerce environment. This position requires deep AWS knowledge, strong project management capability, and excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Role Overview

As the

AWS & Technical Manager , you will be responsible for the reliability, scalability, and performance of Stylo60’s cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with product, application development, data, and operations teams to ensure the platform remains

fast, secure, stable, and scalable , even during peak demand periods. This is a

hands‑on leadership role

for someone passionate about building, optimizing, and scaling real-world technology products. Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:

Lead and manage overall cloud architecture, design, and deployment of AWS solutions aligned with business objectives for an e‑commerce platform. Customer Advocacy:

Act as the primary technical point of contact, representing customer requirements for AWS‑based e‑commerce systems. Operational Excellence:

Drive process improvements, monitor system performance, optimize cloud costs, and ensure quality assurance. Design & Implementation:

Architect and develop scalable, secure, and cost‑efficient cloud infrastructure and applications using AWS services. Collaboration:

Work closely with cross‑functional teams including development, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure effective implementation. Documentation:

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system designs, and architectural blueprints. Technology Awareness:

Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies, tools, and industry trends. AWS Expertise:

Strong understanding of core AWS services including compute, storage, networking, databases, and security. DevOps & CI/CD:

Experience with tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Security & Compliance:

Ability to implement security best practices including IAM policies, VPC configurations, and cloud security controls. Project & People Management:

Proven leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills. Soft Skills:

Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability, customer focus, and influencing skills. Essential Qualifications & Certifications

Certifications:

AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) are highly preferred. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Additional Knowledge:

Solid understanding of data centers, networking, and IT infrastructure. What We’re Looking For

Must‑Have

5–8 years of experience in AWS cloud and infrastructure management Strong hands‑on experience with AWS core services Solid knowledge of Linux, networking, and cloud security Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines Understanding of scalable backend architectures and APIs Nice‑to‑Have
