About the role As Our Sales Project, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales initiatives and strategic growth within the government sector. This is a contract position based in Jakarta Raya, offering the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the company's success.

What you’ll be doing

Developing and executing sales strategies to target and secure government contracts

Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities within the government sector

Preparing and presenting compelling sales proposals and pitches to government clients

Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals to meet and exceed revenue targets

Maintaining strong relationships with existing government clients and expanding their business

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the government sector or a related industry minimum 1 years.

Strong understanding of government procurement processes and decision-making dynamics

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with government stakeholders

Ability to think strategically, identify new opportunities, and develop innovative sales solutions

Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Familiarity with relevant regulations, policies, and compliance requirements in the government sector

Degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred
