Quality Control Officer

Responsibilities Conduct quality inspections of goods received at the 3rd-party warehouse based on standard specifications (visual, packaging, physical condition, and shelf life). Record and report all inspection results. Flag and hold any items that do not meet quality standards. Coordinate with the central QA/QC team and the warehouse team for follow-up actions.

Requirements Minimum D3/S1 in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or other relevant majors. 0–1 year (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Internship or work experience in distribution warehouses/FMCG is a plus. Basic knowledge of incoming goods inspection. Able to conduct visual and physical checks on products (packaging, labels, condition). Familiar with QC recording systems or standard inspection forms. Able to use simple testing tools (pH meter, weighing scale, brix & salt meter). Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work independently in a warehouse environment. Able to coordinate with 3rd-party warehouse teams and internal teams. Understanding of incoming goods flow and FIFO/FEFO systems is an added advantage. Willing to work Shift
