Responsibilities

Perform patient triage and prioritize care based on emergency severity.

Provide immediate nursing interventions for emergency and critical patients.

Assist physicians during emergency procedures and life‑saving interventions.

Monitor patient conditions and ensure accurate documentation of nursing care.

Maintain readiness of emergency equipment and comply with hospital SOPs.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary medical teams.

Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and adherence to clinical standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan – NERS).

Active Nursing Registration Certificate (STR Active).

Holds valid emergency certifications such as PPGD, BTCLS, and/or HIPERKES.

Willing to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Competent in emergency procedures, triage, and critical patient handling.

Able to work under pressure with strong clinical judgment and professionalism.

Strong clinical judgment.

Ability to work under pressure.

Experience in emergency nursing.

Familiarity with hospital SOPs.
