PE Lab Analyst

Job Description: Conduct routine analysis of all PP/PE samples from the plant and bagging at sampling time based on SOP including preparing analysis report to support data analysis evaluation. Conduct non routine analysis of sample from plant or other related section to support analysis result evaluation. Conduct regular calibration for lab equipment based on predefined schedule to ensure accurate and reliable test results. Conduct minor maintenance when lab equipment get minor problem to make sure all equipment in good condition. Conduct retains any sample of the reactor, extruder and lot in accordance with SOP for the purpose of re-analysis if needed to ensure quality assurance. Evaluate analysis result to make sure analysis result was correct. Implement safety regulation and have knowledge about ISO 17025

Qualifications:

Diploma 3 from Chemical Analyst Have experiences min 2 years as Lab Analyst, preferably in Chemical, Petrochemical or Oil and Gas Industries Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule
