Receptionist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support, ensuring smooth operations at our front desk. Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, mail and deliveries Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area Assist in scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms Book travel arrangements, including flights and hotel accommodations Arrange the internal driver’s schedule after receiving the booking from the Associates Handle the nationwide free goods claim recap Manage and order office stationery as needed Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer service role Fluent in English, both verbal and written Presentable and well-groomed appearance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Able to work under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment You will find yourself working in a welcoming, family, and friendly performance culture where positive results are recognized and rewarded.
