Job Descriptions Program Design: Develop and enhance our curriculum programs, ensuring they are engaging, innovative, and aligned with current educational trends in coding (e.g., Roblox, Python) Curriculum Deliverables: Create learning journey, course plan, class syllabus, lesson plan, learning materials (slides, modules, worksheets), and coding assets/files to support the delivery of academic services Teacher Support: Develop and deliver training content to support teacher development related to the subject developed and ensure consistent program delivery. Assessment Development: Assist in managing assessment flow to track student progress, program effectiveness, and teacher qualification related to the subject developed

Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or related field Minimum 1–2 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, academic program management, or as a teacher Experience in developing programs related to coding and AI (especially using platform Roblox Studio, Python Programming, MIT AppInventor, and Scratch) for K–12 students Proficient in designing end-to-end learning experiences: from learning outcomes to lesson plans and teaching materials Able to work efficiently using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive), Canva, for content development and collaboration
