GM / Cadillac Certified Technician Responsibilities

Diagnose automotive problems as they arise.

Conduct inspections, repair engine failures, and repair mechanical and electrical systems, replacing parts as needed.

Comply with manufacturer specifications throughout the repair/servicing process.

Mentor and assist other technicians on the Service Team.

GM / Cadillac Certified Technician Qualifications

GM / Cadillac Certified.

OR at least 3 years of automotive repair/diagnostic experience.

Valid driver’s license.

Personal tools.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and a pre‑employment drug screen.
