Quality Control Staff

Play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of automotive plastic parts. You will be involved in critical quality processes from development to mass production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet high industry standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (S1) in

Electrical Engineering

or

Metallurgy

is preferred.

Candidates from other majors are welcome to apply if they have basic knowledge of

automotive electrical systems .

Minimum

2 years of experience

in

Quality Control for plastic parts , specifically

four-wheel vehicle aerokit , and has experience handling projects.

Strong communication skills, both

internally and externally .

High initiative, good attitude and professional manners.

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Good understanding of

ISO 9001:2015

quality management system.

Job Description Conduct quality control inspections for plastic parts (four-wheel vehicle aerokit), covering both raw materials and finished goods.

Prepare and manage quality documents along with their matrices, including

Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)

documentation.

Perform fitting trials of parts prior to mass production.

Conduct dimensional inspections of parts (aerokit and accessories) after durability testing.

Analyze issues and prepare reports for problems arising during trial and development stages, both

in-plant (factory)

and

in-market .

Handle color matching and color development for plastic parts.
