Senior Investment & Financial Strategy Specialist

Build, maintain, and defend complex, full pro-forma models from a blank sheet for hospitality, residential and mixed-use assets.

Design sophisticated debt and equity waterfall models, including various hurdle rates, "promote" structures, and JV splits.

Conduct rigorous sensitivity testing considering DSCR, interest rate fluctuations, and FX volatility impacts on investor IRR.

Act as the technical lead for the Virtual Data Room (VDR). Prepare Investment Memoranda and support the Head of Division in technical Q&A during negotiations with institutional investors (PE/Sovereign Wealth), international operators, global and regional developers, and financial institutions.

Project long-term value creation through land appreciation models and infrastructure-linked valuation milestones specific to the Bali luxury market.

Qualifications Experience 2–4 years in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Real Estate Private Equity or other relevant fields.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field. CFA candidacy is highly valued.
